The latop is an Advent 7027 and was purchased 8 months ago for just under €1900.

The specifications are as follows:

3.06 GHz Pentium 4 Processor
512 MB RAM
40 GB Hard Drive
64MB Ati Radeon Mobility 9000 Graphics Card
24 Speed CD Writer/DVD combo
15 inch Screen
USB 2.0
Internal Modem, Network Card, Sound Card, Speakers etc....

How much is this worth? I was hoping 1,100/1,200?

id say its worth a lot closer to your price than chiefs tbh. maybe even a little more. the only real drawbacks of this are the lack of dvd drive, and the fact that its not a centrino chip. you should easily get what ur asking for it in the buy and sell. id ask slightly higher tho. between 1300 and 1400

I would be selling that for 1500.

Yea your talkin in the region of €1,200+ , its a very well spec'd laptop and although the batterylife will be reduced due to not having an M chip its a perfect solution for people who move from point to point.
