Are the "forgotten" irish players in D1 and Prem. England good enough to play for Ireland?
I mean players like Michael Keane at Preston,
    James O'Conner at W.B.A.,
    Tim Cahill at Millwall,
Paul Buttler and Mark Kennedy at Wolves and so on...
Are any of them good enough to deserve a place on the irish squad?

(And I know Cahill wasn't born here and that he played a u19's match for Fiji.... but thats a differaint matter).

Em, Cahill has declared for Australia I'm not sure if FIFA have given permission for him to play, but he's not gonna be playing for Ireland.

[edit] He was cleared and is an Australian international now[/edit]

I'd certainly select Kennedy for the squad but if Duff is fit then he comes first. Kilbane is'nt playing badly either at the moment so its a bit crowded down the left!
