Irish Quake 3 Servers

OL, vishnu.ign.ie:27960 and 27961 were both on duel mode last night. Is it possible to change one of these to a war server plaese with voting enabled. If not is there another server avalible for wars that i don't know about ? Thx Tom/Jedi
