I'm currently on eircoms 512k/128k RADSL, the interleaving on this package is 19m/sec and 50m/sec on the higher packages i believe. Pinging eircom.net using ping plotter gives the lowest value of 20m/sec. A friend who apparently was downgraded to the same package as me from solo never pings below 50 to eircom.net. I…

Pinging eircom.net using ping plotter gives the lowest value of 20m/sec. A friend who apparently was downgraded to the same package as me from solo never pings below 50 to eircom.net. I believe eircom just capped his solo. Is there any program/tool/way to find out what the exact interleaving on your line is?
