Hello all, was reading an article in the business section of the irish times (27/2/04) - im not really a snob,it was just lying there. Basically the BCI (broadcasting commission of Ireland) has decided to allow 2 further full time licences to an alternative rock station and a multi ethnic station. The article mentions how Phantom is tipped as an early favourite in winning the lincense. Im sure PhantomFm more than welcomes the news, i myself was skipping with joy!
