Clubmac is delighted to announce that our Guest Speaker for March will be Mr Harry Gill from the company Tinamation who will provide an introduction to using the Mac to create animations. Tinamation is a successful Irish animation company whose work can be seen on The Den and on the Saturday morning television show Let's Animate With Tina on RTE. We look forward to an interesting and inspiring evening.
The meeting will take place on March 4 2004 in The Merrion Cricket Club, Anglesea Road, Dublin 4. Doors open at 7.30pm. We will begin as ususal with technical Q&A so if you have a problem or question, don't by shy. There's probably someone else in the room who has a solution.
    See you all there.

Is there a cover charge, and can anyone attend.

I made a stupid mistake in the original post above. The meeting does NOT take place on March 4. The CORRECT DATE is WEDNESDAY March 3. I'd forgotten about the Leap Year.

Anyone can attend. It's 3 euro for non-members and 1.5 euro for members.

Clubmac would like to apologise to anyone who turned up for the advertised talk on Introduction to Animation on the Macintosh. Unfortunately, Harry had to cancel at very short notice due to circumstances beyond his control.
We are happy to announce that the talk has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 7 2004. The location remains the same (Merrion Cricket Club, Anglesea Road, Ballsbridge Dublin 4) and the doors open at 7.30pm. Admission is €1.50 for members and €4 for non-members. Light refreshments will be served free of charge. (Soft drinks, tea, coffee)
