IT Work Placements

    Im looking for a 5 month work placement at the moment.

    Does anyone here working in IT departments know of any placement positions open?

    If so could you PM me with the details.

    The course content is listed below to give you an idea of what sort of stuff im after.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.


    B.Sc. Information Systems Development @ DIT Faculty of Business

    First Year
    Software Development I, Object-Oriented Design, Computing Fundamentals, Communications, Financial Accounting, Management, Mathematics I.

    Second Year
    Software Development II, Algorithms and Data Structures, Algorithms and Data Structures Implementation, Database Systems, Computer Networking I, Mathematics II, Economics, Cost and Management Accounting.

    Third Year
    Component-Based Development, Systems Software, Computer Networking II, Systems Analysis and Design, Enterprise Databases, Management Science, Law, Marketing.

    Fourth Year
    Software Patterns, Distributed Information Systems, Knowledge-Based Systems, Software Quality Assurance, Strategic Information Systems, Business Policy, Final Year Project.
