Lost dual record functionality

I have a new generation SKY+ which I only got in January (Good Man Tony) But I seem to have lost the dual record feature it was there I have used it but today I was setting up some recordings and I got the message "Recording Clash - You may only record one program at a time" LIKE WTF it was working fine anybody else lose…

My Sky news active is still borked aswell. I tried all the re-booting and all that and the the signal is strong on both inputs.
