I don't know if this has been posted before but I was browsing Hosting 365's site and saw they are offering RADSL for 50 euro per month with no cap or limits. Take a look: http://www.hosting365.ie/access_broadband_basic.php

They will be offering a cheaper service soon I *heard* because the wholesale prices have come down and of course it will be a 1:24 contention ratio.
