single player games that are like webgames

this is a semi web game question. does anyone know of any single player game like www.konqueror.net or the nation states that is available to download anywhere? im just wondering as im sick of the multi accounts that can be made. so if anyone knows of any please give url or name of the game. cheers lads. thanks.

you'll find that a lot of the games now look seriously into multing - and have dedicated multi-hunters. I play games I've posted about, and don't see much problem for multi's.

However, there is offline-planetarion/planetia available, i'll find out link for ya ...
