Has anyone managed to get Network play working over IOLBB ???

Im still having difficulty setting up the configuration correctly.
I really cant understand it: Playstation recommend Eircom as a service provider , so in theory (considering both ISP's use the same modems and practically the same service ) it should work on IOLBB !

IOL tech supp do not offer any support on third party hardware , so if there is anybody out there who has set up either Eircom+PS2 or IOL+PS2 can they reply to this, please
    :dunno:

    Hey,

I've got PS2 working using IOLBB, I presume that my setup will work for you, but maybe that's a bit simplified.

On the NAD select, UK Language.

On the list of Providers select Other.

    Select Auto Detect

Next question is if you connect using Username and Password PPPOE, select No

Then if you obtain an IP address automatically say yes.

Then it asks if your DNS is obtained automatically say yes

name you connection save it and it should work...I emphaise Should!! :-)
