Any companies that "digitise" stuff onto a CD?

Hello All, I hope this is the right Forum to post this. . . . Does anyone know of any businesses that will take a load of printed material and digitise it onto a CD? It doesn;t have to be organised or anything. Just put onto a CD. Thanks for any help! Regards, Tommy.
