    If ye haven't seen this, go to it. It's brilliant:D Eddie Murphy is his usual funny self. I thought it was going to be stupid coz in the trailer it looks like a kid's film, but it is soo funny and there's a good lot of jumpy parts:cool:

    Is it just me, or did Eddie Murphy stop being funny a long looong time ago?

    The trailer makes this look like one of the worst films in a long time.

    Nope, certianly not just you.
    Last good thing he's done was Shrek.

    He's done some absolutely great films, like Trading Places, but the crap he's been pouring out in the last 10 years is just dreadfull.

    i think cause his better films allowed him to swear and refer to naughty things...


    since he tried to be family friendly has made him rich BUT has made him unfunny to older audiance. Happens to most comedy actors i think.

    I think its more a case of he never changed with the times or became a better actor. You can only get away with lines like "get the fúck out of here" for so long untill you start to bore the viewers.

    Trading places was a great movie in its day and its sad to see Murphy end up in such drivel as Nutty Professor and that Vampire movie he was in a few years back. Did like him in Shrek ho :)
