Friends - New Series

Can someone please tell me why the fu*k did this just stop mid-series? This happened before with some other channel and Sex and The City, and I read it was to do with catching up to some other station. In my opinion they shouldn't start showing it if it's not going the whole way through, delaying the new episodes just pis*es me off, I've waited ten years for it to end and it's getting dragged out even more!!!

Eh why are you asking, if you know the answer? As I already explained in another thread, when we saw episode 5x10, the States were only seeing the next episode that Thursday. We were too close so RTE had to break.

I agree with you, by the way, about showing it in a straight run. That's why Sky wait until January/February before starting. It's a better idea that way. Imagine being in the U.S. - far worse there! I'm watching US Alias and I waited a damned month for a new episode and now have to wait ANOTHER month for my next new episode :mad:

According to DigiGuide next weeks friends is new. Expect more breaks like this though before it is over.

They do (more or less). Its the network in the US thats taking the breaks, so Net 2 have to follow suit. Not a whole lot we can do about it, to be honest.
