Quake.ie Newbies Help Section coming very soon

There has been a big delay with our help section, due mainly to the fact that myself and bunny were up the walls with the bwec, and i havent a PC at home atm, so I could only work on it in work the odd time, but the help section is almost done, and will be up soon, including :
