i told you this guy was class... 7.38.... new irish record, and he took 6, yes 6 seconds off the ncaa record, think of all the guys that have gone before him and he took six seconds off it... class

Hmmmm we better get the name right "Cragg" :-) - looks like we're gonna be hearing more from him.

Pretty impressive results at the NCAA this weekend:

NCAA Mens 5000m

NCAA Mens 3000m

After that weekend wonder if he'll have anything left in the tank fro the world cc short course?
