    Abit NF7
    AMD athlon 1800+
    2 maxtor hd's
    1 samsung cdrw
1 pci usb slot leading to controller on board
2 more front panel usb ports
hercules 4000xt 64 mb graphics card

Display is totally fubar. 4 bit colour scheme, max resolution of 600 * 400 (ish). Drivers have been loaded, a code 12 error in device manager with the nvidia pci to agp something (don't have exact message to hand, will post it later)

I've reseated the graphics card already, and tried to view by resource in device manager, but couldn't see the offending hardware anymore.

Any suggestions on next step? Removing the pair of usb's?

    Thanks,

    Mark

well, the nforce drivers i got from the abit website didn't seem to like my pci graphics card.
it was only displaying a bsod when i went to shut down though...
try the latest nforce drivers from the nvidia site, they sorted it for me...
