    Not an 'omg amazing' deck but id say this would be fun to play, kinda unconventional...

    I'd put in something so you can afford to use Island sanctuary every turn, like howling mine only better.

    I'd suggest Phrexian arena but its double black CC.

    once it gets going you dont need cards though, you get 3 lands every turn to discard for 6 damage :)
    its only a fun deck anyway, its not really a winner

    A completly sliver deck is quite interesting as long as your opponent doesnt control a sliver overlord.
