Mac SQL app?

Just gotten a contract to update and re-build a commerical site build in asp and MS SQL server. I'm fairly handy with asp but I need some kind an editor for MS SQL server that will run on the Mac... Does anyone know of any such app? or am I going to have to use SQL queries instead?
