Any idea where i can fetch these drivers for this motherboard? :/ I've tried googling for it but i get some random german sites and redirects which are no use.

hmmm in fact, it's a problem i have with USB2.0.
The motherboard manual says all usb ports should support it, but every time i plug a USB2 device into it winXP tell me i have a fast usb device plugged into a slow usb port.

How do i fix this? :/

I've checked the bios settings btw and usb2.0 is enabled.

    i'm on a P4 2.4 800fsb with that mobo. WindowsXP with SP1 installed.

Take out the CD that came with your motherboard and run Intel Chipset Utility, then go onto windows update and there is a patch for USB2.0 about some issue. Should sort ya out. No VIA chipset in a IC7-G

    Fixed it :)

Control panel > system> hardware management > double click on usb controller with yellow question mark > update driver and let it look for it itself and it installed it.

On soem dutch tech board a guy said when installing SP1 it doesn't neccesarily install the USB drivers automatically. You have to do it manually

Phew now i can transfer 15 gigs of music to my mp3 player in 20 minutes in stead of 250 or something :p
