There isint much point running dual DDR on AMD machines, the performance increase is tiny. Id get a good 512mb stick with good timings.

The Ram with Winbond (especially Bh5/6 chips) is generally considered the best when it comes to timings and overclocking.
OCZ rev 2 Pc3200 Ram is very good, mine's running at Pc3500 with 2-3-3-7 timings which isint bad.

Depends alot on your budget, how much your overclocking (because if your not then Pc2700 will be fine).
