I looked through fao and couldnt see an info so i want to compile,where can i get a tcc compiler ?

Hmmm loads of clues there!
How about http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/tickc/ an earlier dynamic code generation system using the lcc C compiler? Or how about www.tinycc.org a "tiny" C compiler. Try google
