SQL / IIS / PPC merge replication problem

    Hello there! before i start i'm running win xp pro sp1, sql server 2000 sp3, sql server ce 2.0 sp3, iis 5.0 and i'm using pocket pc emulator 2003... Ok so when i'm trying to perform the replication i get the following error "invalid or unsupported http function call, error 82017".. now i've researched this... and it says that i must have the directory where sscesa20.dll typed incorrectly, which i don't. i can see the file with iexplore on the emulator, infact when i contact http://asymetric/sqlce20/sscesa20.dll it asks me to download it so i know i can talk to it. I'm clueless as to the reasoning behind this. My replication, subscriptions and publications are all set up correctly, my virtual directory settings are FINE! And there is nothing wrong with the code.. it connects without a problem, i'll post code if it's required - but anyone who has dealt with replication knows the exact code that i am using. Please help, this has been driving me nuts the past few days.
