Analysis Report for Java project

I'm in my second year of the National Cert of Computing in ITB and i have to hand in an Analysis report for my project. Problem is i don't know where to begin with it as i have no previous examples to go by. I was wondering does anyone know any sites that would have examples or show how to write an analysis report?

do search for

"Analysis report" java

failing that, also do a search for 'metrics'

I use JTest, but it is far from a free product.

Eclipse has some free metric tools I think.
