Hardware Sales Position at Elara

Here is the new improved job notice for Elara......:)

Elara Systems requires an additional computer sales person to join their ParkWest office in Dublin.

Duties will include taking telephone sales, advising customers on hardware and systems, aiding the configuration of custom built machines, filling phone and web orders, with customer service throughout this process. The candidate will be expected to be familiar with all new products as and when they come on the market as most of Elara's customers will be ordering these.

A good knowledge of hardware essential, retail computer sales experience may suffice. A keen interest and enthusaism is required. Technical consultation is a big part of the job, as customers need advice on issues such as compatability, options for system optimisation, etc.

A lot of our products are at the higher end of the market, we sell high specced machines with specialised components, however, a broad hardware knowledge is required, not just of this higher end, but right across the board, covering basic systems.
