A friend of mine accidently spilled water over her phone (Sony J70 I think).

She dried it out quickly and as it stands the phone turns on ok and there is no SIM damage. However, the LCD display doesn't show up.

I'm just wondering can this be repaired or is it basically a write off. She's attached to the phone ya see.

Yeah I know why she's attached to them, great phones.

Take it apart completely and let it dry out. Would have been better to do this before switching it on but it's worth a shot.
