Yes i watch it, but only cos ive nothing to do!
Anyway, did anyone else notice the change in the way its filmed or displayed or something? Its only been since the last week or so. It looks totally different now, kind of like the way neighbours or any of the english soaps are filmed. I dont like it personally. Anyone else noticed it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,077 ✭✭✭parasite

it seems ever so slightly jerky
i was going to post about it, but i though it was a bit too esoteric, anyway, i think maybe it's got to do with it being HDTV WS in australia now

It actually looks less like live tv and less natural actually.

Fair city has also switched to this recently
I think it's horrible and less real, compared to the way it used to be.

I've noticed, but I don't watch these programmes

    * honest and I blame my little brother for pointing it out to me...

I agree about not liking it, it makes me feel sick, like the way when you read in the car. It's weird, I hope other programmes don't change over or I'll have to have a sick bag beside me when watching the tv.

I noticed the change last week too.
Initially I though my eyesight was hazy .
Then I noticed that one of the bulbs on the chandelier was blown so I was putting it down to that !

Home and Away is annoying. And yes the cameras have changed.

We live about 40mins from where they film the show... (Palm Beach in Sydney)

The mother-in-law is over from Dub's at the moment.... and she is going ballistic with this seasons episodes... (next season in Eire)

First time it has ever been on in the house !! :(
