    im lookin to learn java swing and develope gui's have a good knowledege of java but no experience in gui's, any good online learning sourses or book anyone can suggest?

    SAMs in 21 days had a good intro for me last yr. With java.sun providing the rest.

    Yeah the tutorials at java.sun.com arn't too bad.
    If you pick up any Java book (from a library or where ever) they all seem to have a section on GUI's and Applets together.
