I have been approached by a few friends of mine who have a band.
They want me to help then record some tracks for them and then edit them digitally.
I have loads of professional editing music software and we have good musical equipment too.
Basically we have set up a nice studio in a large room of one of the guys houses.
All the musical equipment is connected up to a Studiomaster Powerhouse mixing desk.
The plan is to record this feed .
What would be the best way to do this ?
Would I need a very good sound card for this ?
    I have an Audigy 2.
    Any advice is appreciated
