    check out this icelandic/french band. they have an album out at the moment that is just fantastic.

    its like a mix of pretty good 'air' (the band, not the mixture of gases) songs with pretty good múm (ithe icelandic electronica band) songs. nice electronica with relaxing athmosphere to them.

    If you like that then check out Worm Is Green's album Automagic... again Icelandic, and again electronica in a Múm vein... very good, and theres a fantastic cover of "Love WIll Tear Us Apart" on it... pretty sure its still available in Road Records.

    ive heard of them, i think they did some remixes for múm on the two múm remix albums.

    i got a sampler from thule record label in iceland with some more of their stuff (i think) but i cant remember the songs.

    so basically i know nothing :) . i'll check em out when i get home.

    I've liked Lady and Bird for a while now.

    I was just downloading a couple of their songs from mycokemusic there today! Love their version of the MASH tune (Suicide is Painless).

    Hmm downloaded this over the weekend... I wouldnt call it electronica at all.. its much more acoustic.
    If anything I'd say a mix of Belle & Sebastien and Cyann & Ben... I wouldn't compare to Mum at all, perhaps the odd track smacks of Yesterday Was Dramatic... but definitely not their latest album, they've actually a newer one out next month afaik.. plus they're playing in Vicar St. on the 29th of April.
