Copying CD Problem!!

Hey I was wondering if anybody had a sugestion on how i can rip a cd i just bought. the CD is Greastest Hits by the Chili Peppers but it has a sticker on it claiming to be "Copy Protected" i have also tryed to rip another CD (Missy Elliott This is not a test)with the same sticker and it won't work at all!! Hey
