SKY+ Dual Recording Question

    WTF!!!!

    I just had sky+ installed but i dont seem to have Dual Recording enabled i keep getting the message you can only record one program at a time.

    Is there a way of upgradin the software urself or do u just have to wait???? or should i just ring sky?

    plug out digibox from the mains

    remove the viewing card

    press and hold back up on the front of the box (not the remote!!!!!)

    plug in digibox again (while still holding the back up button)

    when all the lights on the front are lit up leave go of the back up button

    wait about 10 minutes or so for the digibox to update its software

    reinsert viewing card

    business as usual with Dual Recording
