Personal Planner Problem

    Hey,

    I'm wondering does anyone else have this problem:

    In the personal planner (ever since it was introduced) on my digibox there is a programme called "Rough Magic 12 Tue 9.48pm". The pop-up to remind me that it is coming on never appears and it is the same every week. It also cannot be deleted from the 'planner'.

    Any ideas?

    yes there is an answer, switch off box, take out, put card back in upside down, switch on, it may say invalid card, then take card out, put back in right way up, check planner and voila. Or if it is still threre u should be able to delete it.

    there are other methods but I cant recall them but they are on here
