Is there anywhere we can get a decent report about the match?

According to Quake nation, htey make brief mention of the fact that we got the Italian team to play on our behalf and then go and give a synopsis of the UK Wales match. A bit unequal isn't it?

    21 July 2000
    England vs Wales
    Game 1: Q3DM6 (Wales` Map)

A very close game in the early period, with Wales having the upper edge (only just) the scores were within 5 frags for most of the first 8/9 minutes, when England started to open a small lead, this soon widened however, and Wales started to struggle a bit, however they never gave in, and put in a mini comeback towards the end, but it was too little too late, and England hung on to take it.

    Final Score: England 148 - 110 Wales

    Demos: Admin POV

    Game 2: Q3DM7 (England`s Map)

This game was a complete contrast to the first game, it was Englands map, and it showed. Right from the off England led, holding the RA thruout, and rushing the Q in fine form. This was the pattern of the entire game and Wales seemed to have no answer to it. This defeat means that Wales effectivly can not qualify for the Finals, however they will still want to beat Northern Ireland as a matter of pride

    Final Score: England 128 - 39 Wales

Demos: Admin POV (Note : the Demo is in two bits).
