    Sorry if this is a stupid question....

    If you press the red button and go interactive, say on SKY NEWS, is there an additional charge for doing so???

    Not for Sky news active, and BBCi etc.
    Or for most ordinary interactivity-totally free.

    However if your phoneline is connected and you use certain interactive services like, email, games other than the free samples or purchase box office there is a charge.
