Hope some one can help since sunday, my remote control does not work the digibox but does still turn the telly up and down, rang sky and they told me it is the digibox at fault and would cost €100 to repair, I can control the digibox manually but its a pain in the butt. has any one had this problem or do you think the box is shaged

I take it you have checked with a borrowed remote and a fresh set of batteries - My TV picks up the remote better than the digibox and my digibox locks up when warm.

You might also be able to add a digi link thingy so the signal is being picked up off the coax cable instead of the infra red detector.
