    I used to own a dog that would eat everything except ketchup. Just would not touch it, or food covered in it. That kind of put me off it.

    It aint as if people drink the stuff, I heard about the lowering chances of cancer thing too. Most stuff in small amounts is good for ya :p

    The real question you gotta ask is Chef or Heinz? I like Chef myself, I find Heinz gets watery on top if left in the fridge, and if you forget to shake the bottle before application the result isn't very nice.

    Thing about ketchup is its usually used on fry-ups & chips. Which are bad for you.

    What are the ingredients?

    Check the amount of saturated fat and sodium.
