Is it just me or is anyone else having problems regarding IOL sending a DD mandate form to your bank? Is it just me or is anyone else having problems regarding IOL sending a DD mandate form to your bank?

So far I've had to send two of them IOL's way but apparently it seems to be beyond them to forward it onto my bank.

Yesterday I was offered a third Direct Debit mandate form but refused to go through this **** again which led to IOL asking me to get a credit card as it would make things easier for them!?!

WTF?Is it really that difficult for them to post a little form to my bank?
