Buying Guitar...

I am thinking of buying a guitar for about 200 to 300 euro.
Am in dublin, do people recommend just looking around in shops in dublin or buying over the internet?

    Thanks!

What I normally do (which people will be annoyed about) is go into the guitar shops, look around, have a bit of a play on every guitar that appeals to you then do some research on the internet for prices and reviews. If it ends up being cheaper from the Internet after you include delivery and possible VAT costs, then order it.

What sort of music do you play? It'll help us advise you on which guitars are better than others.

At that price I honestly think you're better off looking at something 2nd hand. You could pick up something from a better range for the same price. Buy & Sell is the way forward. Just do a bit of research in the shops, try loads of guitars and find something you're happy with and then seek it out used. Good luck.

When you see something interesting make sure you check out the reviews on Harmony Central before you buy.
