International Managers

Do you think that international managers should be governed by the same set of rules for international players? i.e. you have to prove a level of nationality to the country in order to manage them.

I think it should be enforced that managers cannot manage a country if they don't have the right connections to them. Otherwise, even though all the players qualify, it's not exactly a proper national team if the manager and staff are foreign.

Anyone know why this isn't the case? Anyone agree with me?

Have to say I don't think African teams would be anywhere near as much of a force to be reckoned with if European/South American coaches hadn't been there to implement some form of structuring in it's fledgling days.
So much talent that could have been lost on the way.
