What was this toy range called?

The basic premise around this toy range was the usual battle between good and evil characters. The twist in this case was that all of characters were half insect half human in appearance.

As a bonus all the action figures had giant saddled insects that they rode around on. But the novelty with these insects were that they also doubled up as glove puppets in which the human hand of the toy-owner acted as the insects legs/jaw etc.

These toys would have been popular around 1986 I suppose but for the life of me I cannot remember what they were called? Does it ring any bells for anyone?

Lord!!!! I had forgotten all about those toys!!! A neighbour of mine had them and I can just about remember playing with when we were little! Thanks for the flashback:)

After a quick look round, I managed to find this --> Sectaurs - Warriors of Symbion
There are a few other sites about them out there on the intraweb, but the one above has some of the best pics.

This is a damn fine site for all those old toy related queries

I totally forgot about those, they were cool. I had "Warrior Prince Dargon and Dragon Flyer", I think the wings were motorised, but I broke them off lol. Thanks for the 80s flashback :)
