I think this is the most suitable forum for this question: How would you or I qualify to buy wholesale items?? I know that to get a cash and carry card, you need to own a shop etc, but say something like Broadband from Eircom, what would I need to do to be eligable to buy BB from Eircom at the same prices as Esat/UTV??…

You simply need to convince them you are a reseller. I presume it goes along the lines of if you resell 10 accounts, you get (retail - x%), with 100 accounts you might get (retail - 2x%) and so on.
