Aerlingus flights to LA (pricing)

I’m flying to LA for a week in May; with Aerlingus I’m currently getting a total return price of 521.35.

Aerlingus’ current “sale” only goes up to the end of March, would it be worth waiting to see if the flights get included the “sale” in a month or two, or is there a high risk of the price rising?

    Thanks!

There is a high risk of the price rising going into the summer-yes
Do you have to fly aerlingus?
Or would you go via london/amsterdam or paris? if it was cheaper

I was just thinking that May may soon be added to their lower prices, as March was just about a week ago.

Any way, I don't currently have a flight with Aerlingus, but I'm not willing to leave from any where but Dublin.

[(Murphy’s Law) If there is any problem at emigration/customs, there’s a better chance of solving it in Dublin – at the very least I’m not willing to be deported and suffer the flight back that soon.]

Yea I'd count on the price going up rather than down as you enter the summer season €521 (I presume inc taxes) isn't bad for May and I'd aggree about Dublin INS etc personnally I'd always pay a premium to avoid the hell that is going via London or even Paris or Amsterdam (not to mention the extra time). If you can save a couple of hundred than sure if it's only fifty than forget it.

I think I'll wait untill their current "sale" ends to see if they add April and May.

I would reckon on it going up.

This time of year is a really quiet time. When it comes closer to summer, the prices will rise and there will be less seats on "sale".

Also Aer Lingus don't operate an everyday service to LA, so that means there will be even more demand for the seats as the summer approaches.

You best best would be to fly via London or Amsterdam as someone else suggested. don't fly Friday, Sunday or Monday and you may also get cheaper flights.
