Didnt I read here (maybe not on this forum, but somewhere on boards.ie) that when Paypal are properly set up in europe they'll start allowing Irish customers to withdraw funds to an Irish bank a/c ... anyone heard anything about this? ... the paypal website doesnt give much away, and I've deleted the last few emails that…

They haven't given a definitive answer yet. The best you can hope for is "we hope to enable this functionality soon" or somesuch. Email them and ask, they might know more by now.
