    Er... Don't know if anyone here is or even knows a chef, but anyone got any advice for a mummy who wants to go back to work as a chef but isn't willing to give up evenings and weekends with boyfriend and baby? Don't really want to take a step back professionally and become an operator shovelling out chips in a large-scale catering place either.

    if you're in dublin try the resturant in the powerscourt townhouse center.
    nice resturant. A chef in there called Alan, also a recent father,
    who would talk to you about it.
