    Does anyone know how you can treat a burnt roof of mouth! i was heating up food yesterday and didn't let it cool and burnt my mouth! Its very sore:(

    not much you can do about it now! But the mouth is one of the fastest areas of the human body to heal so it should only take a day or two.

    Best thing you could have done (for any small burn) is to put an ice-cube on it straight away, much better than running the tap over it.
    Helps to prevent the 'cooking' that occurs after the burn.

    If you have some pure lavender oil handy put a few drops in a glass of water and swill around your mouth for a while.
    It won't be very tasty but should speed up the healing process.

    childish i know but lots and lots of ice cream.....did the trick for me as a kid :)
