Haven't read through it all yet, more a cursory glance. Some interesting stuff in there

Heavy close-combat weapons (eg. ChainAxe), and the use of plasma grenades against troops in cover during close-combat (by the Eldar)

I also like the 'shooting whilst falling back' rule. It makes sense

It seems as if they're doin a clean up of the 3rd ed rules, instead of completely changing the system, which is good. These rules do make sense and seem to be easier on the noggin. Fair play. Mite try them oot. Should be interestin to see some of the work on shooting and moving as well as the many conflicting rules the have on indep. characters, morale etc.

There's a few rumours that the vehicle rules are going to change to change quite a bit. Move and fire battlecannons could be making a comeback along with more general moving and shooting for vehicles. Based on weapon Str AFAIK.
