UL server

    fair play to the ul lads who got those servers up and running, but i have one problem associated with them ....i live 15 miles apporx from ul but i get better pings to saudi arabia, outer mongolia etc. My isp is eircom...does anyone else experience such sh*t pings?

    Just because you live 15 miles from UL doesn't mean that your packets have only 15 miles to travel to reach the server. Its far different from this ideal world. Because eircom routes through Dublin your packet must go to Dublin then back to Limerick to the UL server.
