the same time frame as to when ITV appears down in the south

who knows?

ridiculous seeing as RTÉ appear on NTL in the north and ITV is on cable in the south. but it is a different set of rules for satellite

Actually there is only a commitment to put TG4 on NI.

RTE *IS* on Sky in NI. You just need to take out your Sky sub in the 26 counties and it works fine.
