And by the way im not on roaccutane, my dry skin was the result of been on that god aweful drug.

well that's what it does, you see. It prevents the glands from producing as much oil as they used to, hence clearing up acne.

The only solution for you is to use moisturizer. There's people with the same problems on www.ragforum.com and some have tried to come up with ways to counter the drugs long-lasting effect(up to decades), but for now just keep using moisturiser as it's needed.

What about some Aloe Vera extract?
I mean the genuine stuff you'll get in Evergreen down by Tescos, not some crap with a fancy sticker in boots.

Whats your diet like? Healthy stuff or junk food?
Are you drinking lots of water every day?

my diet is fairly ok and i drink bout a litre of water a day, going to increase that to 1.5
I had lazer treatment done at christmas for my acne and scars as i spent years and years going to doctors/dermotoligists without any success, even was on roaccutane twice in the last 5 years and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

coulda sworn I already posted in this thread :/

anyways...just moisturize as much as needed. The drug is still in your system and can stay in your system for up to decades.

check out ragforum.com if you want to talk to other people who are having similar problems, and also people who are having MUCH worse problems.

It has very little (if anything) to do with your diet or how much water you drink.
